Placing an order with Three Little Pigs is easy! You can either use our online shopping system or you can telephone us on 01386 555210 and we will be happy to take your order, whichever you prefer.
We offer a Gift Wrapping service so if your order is a gift and you would like it sent direct to a UK address on your behalf, gift wrapped, please just let us know when placing your order.

Privacy Policy
We understand how irritating it is to receive unsolicited emails and junk mail, so we dont send any. Any information we request will be to ensure that we can fulfill your enquiry or order quickly and efficiently. We would like to reassure you that this information will not be made available to any other mailing list.
From time to time we may send you newsletters about our products or let you know about any offers we think may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive this information then please just let us know.

Delivery
Please allow 7 working days for delivery, however we will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours. If delivery is urgent please contact us and we will do our best to oblige.
All orders are sent either by courier or post. If you are not at home during the day, it is best to get your goods delivered to a business or works address.
Delivery is charged at £5.95 on all orders. Extra delivery charges may be payable for Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.
We are currently unabale to accept overseas orders on the internet but do feel free to contact us on 01386 555210 with details of your order and we can give you a quote for delivery.

Returns Policy
We pride ourselves at Three Little Pigs on only sending the highest quality products to our customers. Every product is inspected thoroughly before being dispatched. However, if you do have a complaint with any product then please let us know by either emailing, telephoning or writing to us. We ask that you do this within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace any item damaged or broken in transit, or any item that is faulty.
Three Little Pigs would like to point out that unfortunately, because of health and safety issues, we cannot accept returned body care items (soaps, bath products etc.) or earrings, unless faulty or damaged.
You have the right to a seven day cancellation period. Cancellation must be sent to us in writing. We cannot, however, accept a cancellation request if your goods have already been dispatched.

Terms & Conditions
Delivery is charged at £5.95 on all orders. If extra delivery charges are applicable, we will inform you of these at the time of ordering and before dispatch.
We do not except any items returned unless the product is damaged in transit or faulty. Should this be the case you will be offered a full credit or replacement. If any goods are missing, damaged or faulty we need to be informed within seven days of receipt. Please do not return goods without notifying us first.
The title of all goods remains with Three Little Pigs until payment is received in full.
